Husbands’ involvement in performing oxytocin massage is an important part of breastfeeding preparation for third trimester pregnant women. Based on a preliminary study of husbands accompanying third trimester pregnant women during antenatal care, 80% of respondents reported that they had never performed oxytocin massage. This study aimed to describe husbands’ knowledge, attitudes, and skills regarding oxytocin massage at PMB “KT” in 2026. The study was conducted from January to April 2026. This research employed a quantitative descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach. The population consisted of 45 individuals, with a sample of 41 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and observation sheets, and analyzed using univariate analysis. The results showed that more than half of the respondents had a moderate level of knowledge, while a small proportion had good and poor levels. More than half of the respondents demonstrated a positive attitude, while the rest showed a negative attitude. The level of husbands’ skills was predominantly in the moderate category, with a small proportion categorized as good and poor. It can be concluded that husbands’ knowledge, attitudes, and skills regarding oxytocin massage are still not optimal; therefore, increased education and training for husbands are needed in breastfeeding preparation.
